Position Overview: ​

We ​are ​seeking a ​highly skilled Senior Electrical ​Design ​Engineer with ​8+ years of ​experience in ​hardware ​circuit design ​to ​lead ​the development of ​advanced ​electronic systems for ​next-generation ​aerospace, ​robotics, or embedded ​platforms. This ​role ​requires deep ​expertise in ​analog/digital ​circuit design, PCB ​development, and ​system-level integration for mass production.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of analog and digital hardware circuits, including schematic capture and PCB layout.
  • Define hardware architecture and select appropriate components for system requirements (MCUs, power, sensors, etc.).
  • Collaborate with embedded software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to ensure system-level compatibility.
  • Perform signal integrity analysis, power distribution design, and EMI/EMC considerations.
  • Oversee hardware bring-up, validation, and debugging of prototypes and production units.
  • Ensure design for manufacturability (DFM), reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation including schematics, BOMs, and test reports.
  • Support the transition from prototype to mass production, including supplier communication and factory support.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in electrical circuit design and PCB development.
  • Proficient in schematic capture and PCB design tools (Altium Designer, OrCAD, KiCad, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuits, power electronics, and signal processing fundamentals.
  • Experience with board bring-up, hardware debugging, and use of lab equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, multimeter, etc.).
  • Familiarity with design for EMI/EMC compliance and regulatory standards (FCC, CE, etc.).
  • Experience with hardware validation and production testing processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in aerospace, automotive, robotics, or high-reliability product development.
  • Understanding of safety-critical hardware design (ISO 26262, DO-254, etc.).
  • Knowledge of power management, battery systems, and high-speed design.
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers and managing hardware production.
