Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Overseas Sales & Partnership Manager to drive international business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in developing and managing international sales, procurement, and partnerships within the defense industry.
Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets, focusing on defense and security sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government agencies, and international partners.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Procurement & Supply Chain Management:
- Source and evaluate international suppliers for critical components and materials.
- Negotiate favorable contracts and ensure timely delivery of procured goods.
- Manage international logistics and customs clearance processes.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Partnership Development & Management:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with international companies and organizations.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Foster collaborative relationships with partners to drive joint business development initiatives.
- manage technology transfers with partner companies.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in international markets.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on market conditions and sales performance.
- analyze international defense procurement trends.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant export control regulations and international trade laws.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with international business activities.
- manage ITAR, and other export control regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in ME, AE, EE or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in overseas sales, procurement, or partnership development within the defense industry.
- Strong technical understanding of UAS, AI, and defense technologies.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential; additional language skills are highly desirable.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
- Strong understanding of international trade laws and export control regulations.
- Experience in dealing with international government agencies.
