Job Summary:

We ​are ​seeking ​a highly ​motivated and experienced Overseas ​Sales ​& Partnership ​Manager to drive ​international business ​growth. ​The ideal ​candidate ​will ​possess a strong ​technical ​background, excellent communication ​skills, ​and ​a proven track ​record in ​developing ​and managing ​international sales, ​procurement, ​and partnerships within ​the defense ​industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets, focusing on defense and security sectors.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government agencies, and international partners.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Procurement & Supply Chain Management:
  • Source and evaluate international suppliers for critical components and materials.
  • Negotiate favorable contracts and ensure timely delivery of procured goods.
  • Manage international logistics and customs clearance processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Partnership Development & Management:
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with international companies and organizations.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with partners to drive joint business development initiatives.

  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in international markets.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant export control regulations and international trade laws.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with international business activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in ME, AE, EE or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in overseas sales, procurement, or partnership development within the defense industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of UAS, AI, and defense technologies.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential; additional language skills are highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
  • Strong understanding of international trade laws and export control regulations.
  • Experience in dealing with international government agencies.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in working with international defense organizations.
