Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Summary:

We ​are ​a ​leading deep-tech ​defense company seeking an ​experienced ​and visionary ​Chief Financial Officer ​(CFO) to ​lead ​our financial ​strategy. ​This ​pivotal role will ​oversee ​all critical financial ​activities, ​including ​funding, stock management, ​corporate investments ​and ​acquisitions, and ​IPO preparation, ​playing ​a central part ​in our ​company's growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Fund raising
  • Strategize and secure optimal funding from various domestic and international financial markets (e.g., venture capital, private equity, government grants, bank loans) to support the company's growth initiatives.
  • Stock Management
  • Develop and execute efficient stock-related strategies to maximize shareholder value, including share buybacks, sales, and dividend policies.
  • Corporate Investment & M&A
  • Identify strategic investment opportunities for business expansion and lead the entire M&A process to successful completion.
  • IPO Preparation
  • Oversee all financial and accounting procedures related to a successful Initial Public Offering (IPO) and coordinate collaboration with relevant external organizations.
  • Financial Strategy Development & Execution
  • Set short-term and long-term financial objectives for the company and develop and implement concrete strategies to achieve them
  • Financial Risk Management
  • Identify potential financial risks and devise effective measures to mitigate them.
  • Investor Relations (IR)
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing investors, effectively communicating the company's financial performance and vision.


Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience as a CFO or head of finance at a listed company or a unicorn company, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of successful IPOs or large-scale fundraising initiatives.
  • In-depth understanding and practical experience across the entire M&A process.
  • Strong expertise and practical skills in accounting, tax, and finance.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex financial data and make strategic decisions.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills, capable of leading teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Preference for candidates with a strong understanding of or interest in the defense or deep-tech industry.
  • CPA or other relevant international financial certifications preferred.
