Job Summary:

We ​are ​seeking ​a highly ​motivated and experienced Overseas ​Sales ​& Partnership ​Manager to drive ​international business ​growth. ​The ideal ​candidate ​will ​possess a strong ​technical ​background, excellent communication ​skills, ​and ​a proven track ​record in ​developing ​and managing ​international sales, ​procurement, ​and partnerships within ​the defense ​industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives and target market segments.
  • Oversee branding, advertising, digital marketing, public relations, and event management activities.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to create compelling marketing materials and communications that highlight our technological leadership.
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitive trends, and identify new market opportunities.
  • Manage external agency relationships and coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Lead the creation and dissemination of content across digital platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and brand integrity.
  • Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to continuously improve strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand recognition and market positioning.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within aerospace, defense, technology, or high-tech sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, market research, and strategic communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create compelling marketing materials.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, digital platforms, and content management systems


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in aerospace, UAV, or autonomous technology markets.
  • Advanced degree or professional certifications in marketing or business.
  • Established relationships within relevant industry media and networks.
  • Experience managing complex marketing campaigns across global markets.
